Free Coast of Qualthelyn
The Free Coast is the ruling political force that controls the middle coast of the Eastern part of Tivel. They pride themselves with their freedoms and personal liberties as well as progressive policies and inclusiveness. A stark contrast to their western neighbors.

Led by a congress of elected officials from across the coast, they meet at Qualthelyn and lead the nation in most interstate matters.
