Telina Landgravate
A thick forests and hilly state in northern Kingdom of Tiveldech. It is a very sparsely populated region. The government is very decentralized but has strong presence in the cities. The state is lead by a hereditary Landgraf.
The dense woods within Telina along with an almost constant layer of fog makes the land off putting to outsiders. Most consider the entire state to be haunted. This is not helped by the presence of less conventional species of the Cognizana such as Dark Elves and Ghostwise Halflings.
Structure
It is headed by a Landgraf, whom is in control of all affairs related to the state. They have a loose control on the country side, but their main power is in the cities.
