Earldom of Menlos
The Earldom of Menlos is one the principle states of the Kingdom of Tiveldech. It is along the wester border with both Kingdom of Erikadia and the Verle Wastes. Unlike much of the kingdom, large swaths of the Earldom lie beyond the dark forest of Tivel and are actually rolling plains.
The earldom is prized for its horses, and maintains a powerful corps of knights and men-at-arms, both to defend the border from interlopers and to protect the earldom's place within the Kingdom. Also unlike the rest of the Kingdom, a sizable portion of the population are Sun Elves.
