Menlo
A city on the plains it is not too large quite spread out. The use of horses is very popular in the region and sometimes even vital for moving from place to place. The city was built for horse and cart traffic.
Demographics
It is inhabited by humans, haflings, Sun Elves, and a few Tsa-shazin.
Government
Lead by an Earl from a heritage of warriors. Succession tends to be tricky as their is pressure for the Earl to lead the border guard, which can lead to early deaths.
Defences
They have a local garrison of border guards who specialize in mounted combat. In times of war most of the able bodied men can act as riders.
Industry & Trade
Flat plains surrounding the city act as good land for farming, although they are prone to droughts and flooding.
