Victor admitted to Übel Bachmann on the 6th of Second Moon, 735 ME, that he had some time ago discovered a book of Necromancy at the university, and had hatched a plan to ressurect Saint Andral to protect the County of Barovia from Strahd von Zarovich. He had hired Henrik van der Voort to steal the Bones from the Church of St. Andral, but the graverobber renegged on the deal and has been blackmailing him ever since.
