Humans of
The Homeland are the ancestors of the entire human race within the
Galaxy of Astraesto. Known by a variety of titles, such as Homelanders, Terrans, or Intergalactics, the
Humans Of The Homeland are the most ancient group of humanity known in the modern era.
Despite nearly five millennia of research and debate, almost nothing is known about this first group of Humanity. The name of the planet, the extent of their technology, much of their history, it all remains completely absent from the records of Modern Humanity. It is the duty of entire legions of scholars and scientists to ascertain but the smallest morsels of information about the Homeland, and even still, there is seemingly nothing to be found.
The mysterious severing of communication, between the first colonists and the Homeland itself has lead to theories beyond ending, many of which centre around the fate of the Homeland, and its people. Most believe that the people are long gone, their planet destroyed or devastated, while others yet hold some small hope. For their part, the governments of the largest powers in the galaxy have seldom ceased in their search, and even today, 4763 years following colonisation, fleets from the
Federation,
Jerace, and
Apreas scour the abyss, searching for anything, or anyone that could help them discover the truth.
