Year 0: Konohagakure is founded; the village system is established and Madara and Miya begin dating.

Year 4 : Miya is pregnant and they both await their child’s birth.
Kaiya Uchiha was born on 7th of December Year 4 after the Founding of Konoha, her parents Madara Uchiha and Miya Uchiha are blessed with a small daughter.
Year 5 : Little Kaiya is 9 months old when Madara decides to defect from the village since the Uchiha clan thinks that he is trying to trick them into overthrowing the Senju, while in fact he is only trying to protect them. Miya gives Madara his daughter and tells him that he should go and that she’ll stay behind to cover his and her daughter’s escape from the village. Miya is presumed dead by Madara. Madara stays with his daughter in a hidden valley where he builds a house and starts to take care of Kaiya, planning to train her so she can be strong like her mother.
Year 7 : Kaiya is 3 years old and Madara leaves her one night alone while she’s sleeping and he goes to battle with Hashirama in pursuit of stealing his cells. He succeeds and tricks everyone into thinking that he died, meanwhile he returns to Kaiya and he let’s her enjoy another 2 years of her childhood. Kaiya spends her childhood with her dad, playing and running around, throwing shuriken, and studying various subjects such as mathematics, history, geography, biology, physics, philosophy and most importantly the history of her clan.
Kaiya and Madara bonding and being wholesome She learns about the Uchiha clan, about the Sharingan and what it means to be an Uchiha. Her father also tells her that the other Uchihas have abandoned them and that they both are the only true Uchihas left. Kaiya is saddened by the fact and she wants one day to return to Konoha and be accepted by other members of her clan.
Year 9 : Kaiya is 5 years old and Madara believes she’s ready for training. He starts by explaining to her how to gather chakra and he teaches her Shuriken Jutsu. She manages to climb a tree where she stops for a moment to see how beautiful the valley is.
Year 10 : Kaiya awakens her one-tomoe sharingan and Madara is proud of his daughter and he decides to teach her Fire Style Jutsu. At the same time she has already mastered the Phoenix Sage Flower Jutsu and the Shuriken Jutsu, she is also able to pull off a Substitution jutsu and to produce one Shadow Clone. Madara also finds out that Kaiya is a Sensory Ninja, because she can sense presence, chakra, nature and jutsu around her.
Year 11 : She’s already mastered the regular Sharingan, awakening all three tomoe in both eyes and her Genjutsu with the Sharingan. Her father thinks that it’s time for her to learn the Great Fireball jutsu. At the age of 7 and for around 2 months she masters the Great Fireball Jutsu and her father is shocked by her progress at such a young age. At the age of 7 she’s already surpassed Chunin level.
Year 12 : At the age of 8 years old, she battles her father one on one and manages to hold her ground against him for 1 hour.(Base Madara) She discovers Chidori and that she has a Lightning chakra affinity and begins to train her Lightning style to be on par with her Fire style.
Year 14 : At the age of 10, Madara tells her what happened to her mother and that all people crave war and conflict and only war and conflict will happen if they don’t do something about it. He introduces her to his project Tsuki-no-me or how to achieve peace with the Infinite Tsukuyomi. He teaches her his philosophy and the hand signs required for the Infinite Tsukuyomi. He also informs her that at some point he will die, but after some time he will be resurrected to fulfill the project so even if she learns about his death somehow she shouldn’t feel sad because now she would know that he would come back from the dead. Kaiya is intrigued and makes her dream to follow her father’s philosophy and his dreams of the Infinite Tsukuyomi and world peace by genjutsu.
Year 15 : At the age of 11, she already surpassed Jonin level and she’s invented several Chidori Jutsu, her father sends her off on a mission to kill a certain person from Konoha. Kaiya fighting 24 Anbu Shinobi all at once with her Three-Tomoe Sharingan
She succeeds but the Anbu forces catch onto her and she battles them for a few minutes. She kills 25 people on that day and she manages to get back to her dad alive and untracked. Her father tells her that the Senju clan is what plagues Konoha, especially Tobirama Senju, since after his brother Hashirama he will probably be Hokage and that means that the Uchiha clan will suffer. Kaiya even though she has never seen another Uchiha or a Senju clan member she starts to hate the Senju and Madara explains that her final mission when she comes of age is to kill Senju Hashirama - something that he even failed at. And he begins to teach her how Hashirama fights and at 11th of August he first uses Wood Style against Kaiya and tells her that if she wants to kill Hashirama she should figure out a way to defeat him even though he has his Wood Style - one of the most powerful Kekkei Genkai of all time. And Kaiya thinks of her inventing her own special Style and she comes up with the Storm Style.
Year 16 : It takes her a year to learn the Water Style and to master its basics and then she immediately starts experimenting with the Storm Style.
Kaiya grasped the concept of the Water Style and then experimented with different Chakra natures at the age of 12.
She invents the Storm Style chidori variants and starts coming up with massive chidori outbursts of energy and lightning that she thinks they would technically penetrate through Hashirama’s Wood Style. At the age of 12 she invents the Chidori God Spear - a super empowered version of the Chidori Sharp Spear jutsu and she’s happy with the results.
Year 18 : At the age of 14 she’s already surpassed some of the Kage level shinobi. She’s also killed around 160 people on her missions and around 40 on her volition. Her Hatred towards the Senju grows and Madara decides to send her to Konoha again, this time to spy on her clan and find out what they’ve been doing this whole time. She spies, collects intel and she finds out that her mother is alive this whole time in a dungeon sentenced to life in prison by her clan. This angers Kaiya to unbelievable lengths and she decides to bust her mother out of prison. She silently and stealthily kills some of the prison guards and she manages to sneak inside - all just to find her mom laying on the ground dead from exhaustion. This sight breaks her heart and her hatred grows even stronger than before,although this time she manages to control it and she doesn’t go on a rampage to slaughter her clan because of what they did to her mother, so she decides to leave Konoha once and for all and only return to kill Hashirama Senju and his brother. However on her way back to her father, her emotions overcome her and by the death of her mother she awakens her Mangekyou Sharingan.
She begins to study her new dojutsu : Ame-no-Uzume and Omoikane and she starts to learn about the blindness of the Mangekyou Sharingan. Madara however encourages her to use her eyes to the fullest and to master her dojutsu before her eyes begin to lose their light.
Year 19 : At the age of 15 she’s already reached her limits and that’s when Madara explains to her the ultimate dojutsu of the Uchiha Clan - the Susanoo and she begins to study it even though at that time - half-blind. She manages to summon the Ribcage form of the Susanoo and the Humanoid form of the Susanoo. Madara is shocked to see that her Susanoo differs from his and that hers is female.

Madara manages to teach her Yasaka Magatama and she unlocks the Armored Susanoo form before going completely blind and she starts blaming her father for making her use her Mangekyou Sharingan and that now she can’t kill Hashirama because she’s blind. Madara however reassures her that all of this training is part of why she would be able to kill him and he reveals the secret of the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, transplanting in her his old eyes back from when his brother Izuna transplanted his eyes in Madara. Kaiya feels the power behind her father’s eyes and after a week of rehabilitation. She awakens her Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.
Year 20 : At the age of 16 she’s already passed The Tsuchikage ,the Raikage and the Mizukage’s levels when she unlocks her Perfect Susanoo. She’s full of hatred and she invents the Chidori Cosmic Spear and the Chidori Planet Splitter. She fights her dad and manages to end the fight in a tie for the first time. Madara is proud of his daughter telling her that he expected no less from his own flesh and blood. Kaiya feels happiness and joy from his words and she invents some more jutsu while being genuinely happy for once and her work pays off. She manages to use Wood Style accidentally and when she tells her father he immediately begins to train her how to use it properly.
Year 21 : At the age of 17 she manages to produce 5 Wood Clones and they all are able to use Susanoo as well. Madara teaches her how to use a Gunbai (War Fan) and how to use the Uchiha Return Jutsu. She learns Summoning Jutsu and makes a pact with the Raccoons from Mount Akagi. Her Summoning is called Chonkers and she starts to bond with the chonky raccoon who has a weakness for food. She spends the whole year in training with her summoning and she manages to summon Chonkers in different forms and sizes.
Year 22 : At the age of 18 she manages to achieve the Majestic Attire Susanoo - combining Chonkers’ largest form with her Perfect Susanoo. She continues to master all of the jutsu she currently knows and how to combine them and when to use specific jutsu specifically for her battle with Hashirama. After Madara tells her that he has nothing else left to teach her and that it is time. Kaiya departs for Konoha to assassinate Hashirama Senju and his brother Tobirama Senju. She sneaks past all of the guards and the Anbu forces and she goes directly to Hashirama. They exchange a few words and she uses Omoikane in order to steal some of his intellect and she uses Uzume in order to steal some of his chakra reserves, then she attacks him in cold blood and a large battle occurs, at the end of the fight she has both of Hashirama and Tobirama cornered but she’s also exhausted pretty badly and she lets her guard down and that’s when the Hokage bodyguards perform a sealing in the future jutsu sending her to Year 79.
Year 79 : Tsunade is Hokage, the Uchiha clan is dead and Kaiya goes around in Konoha to ask what has happened. She learns that the Uchiha clan has been slaughtered by Itachi Uchiha and she demands to speak with Hokage, the Shinobi she asked all laugh at her and she attacks them stopping herself from killing them because that would mean she won’t be able to find out what is happening. She instead lets herself be escorted to Tsunade’s office, where she asks what happened to the Uchiha and that she demands all of the information they have. Tsunade refuses of course and asks Kaiya in return who she is and why she demands such information. Kaiya ignores that question and just asks to know where Itachi Uchiha is. Tsunade says that she doesn’t know and instead tells her that she’s very suspicious and it would be better if she doesn’t resist arrest so they can find out who she really is. Kaiya laughs maniacally and she tells Tsunade that her Anbu forces don’t even stand a chance and she leaves. Later Tsunade receives a report of 12 Anbu deaths and 37 Anbu injured shinobi and that Kaiya had managed to escape unscathed and untracked. She manages to find out that Itachi is in the Akatsuki and she spreads rumors about her wanting to join the Akatsuki. At some point Obito contacts her and she explains to him that she wants to join the Akatsuki , showing her Sharingan to him and explaining that she’s an Uchiha and therefore she’ll be a great addition to their team. Obito asks her where she gained a Sharingan and she explains that she’s from the Uchiha clan and that she’s Uchiha Madara’s daughter. Obito is shocked since Madara had told him that his daughter is probably dead and that Obito is the only one who can activate project Tsuki-no-me. Obito asks her if she knows about Madara’s plan about the Infinite Tsukuyomi and she says that she knows and she even knows the jutsu’s hand seals. They begin to work together as Obito reveals that he was also Madara’s pupil and now he refers to himself as a no one and the only goal he has is to achieve the peace the Infinite Tsukuyomi will provide. Kaiya agrees that her goal is the same and that she wants to avenge her clan’s death and slay everyone who dares to stand in her way. Obito tries to lie to her that it wasn’t Itachi but she sees through his lies and she goes to search for Itachi. By the time she arrives at Itachi’s coordinates, she sees Sasuke battling him and she stays from afar to observe. In the end Itachi dies and Sasuke is rescued by Obito and Black Zetsu. She returns to Obito knowing that he probably planned this so Sasuke can become stronger and he agrees that he did. She starts to lessen her trust in Obito and she just decides to leave the Akatsuki and attempts to continue the project in her own way to honor her father.
Year 81 : At the age of 20. She is travelling around the five shinobi countries while there is the Fourth Shinobi War going on, she picks up a strange chakra with her Sensory skills. She can’t even believe that the chakra she picks up from a distance is her father’s. She rushes to check if she isn’t mistaken and she comes across Madara as an Edo Tensei who is about to battle with the Allied Shinobi Forces.
Madara couldn't believe that his daughter is alive as well and they both have a reunion in front of the Allied Shinobi Forces. Madara tells Kaiya to step aside as he wants to test how strong his reanimation is.
Madara brutally slaughters hundreds of shinobi and Kaiya is sitting on one of the stone pillars teasing the Allied Shinobi Forces while burning with eagerness to jump in and kill some of them herself. After a while she just joins he dad and they both perform Fire Style Majestic Destroyer Flame and absolutely overpower the Shinobi Alliance’s Water Wall and burn half of them to ashes and then they both go in and start attacking them with taijutsu and kenjutsu while inside the ash cloud. Then she uses a dozen Lightning Style jutsu and the Allied Shinobi Forces begin to call her Raijin Kaiya. Then Uzumaki Naruto and some of the Kage managed to make Madara switch to his Rinnegan, which surprised even Kaiya. She is again reminded that her father is the ultimate shinobi and the ultimate man and she watches with joy how he does Tengai Shinsei onto the Shinobi Alliance. Then Madara uses his Wood Style but the Nine Tails in Naruto decides to help him against Madara’s Deep Forest Emergence. Madara is about to finish them off when the other kage joins in and naruto offs his shadow clone to focus on fighting Obito. Madara and Kaiya are alone against the Five Kage. Madara tells his daughter that she can watch from the sides since there is no need for her to get involved with them since it’s gonna be a waste of time. Kaiya watches how her father toys with the Five Kage and she’s annoyed by how weak they are compared to their ancestral counterparts.
She joins her father and Madara tells them how it’s time they both showed the true power of the Uchiha, both releasing their Perfect Susanoo and producing huge waves of destruction changing the map of the world with just one swing. They managed to wreck the Five Kage and they continue to where Obito is fighting with Naruto and the rest of his group and is currently summoning the Ten Tails and firing on Naruto and Killer Bee
Kaiya watches as her father realizes his dream to gather the Ten tails and she’s proud of her father. Fighting happens and Obito absorbs the Ten Tails into him and becomes the Ten Tails Jinchuuriki. After Naruto manages to talk to Obito and make him believe that there are other ways for peace, Madara performs Rinne Rebirth Jutsu on himself and he starts to absolutely wipe the floor with the nine tailed beasts along with Kaiya.
Sasuke is killed and Naruto as well. (later they are revived and given part of Haguromo’s chakra so that they can defeat Madara) Madara becomes the Ten Tails Jinchuuriki and he battles them with only one Rinnegan since the other one is in Obito and he tells Black Zetsu to go grab it for him. Might Guy and Kakashi Hatake and Minato Namikaze all try to stop Madara, Might Guy unlocking the Gate of Death and Minato and Kakashi and Rock Lee and Gaara are stopped to interfere by Kaiya who single handedly hands their asses to them and she tells them :
“ Come back after hundred years of training before you try to face me again” And she quotes her father’s favorite quote : “ Weakness disgusts me”
They try to help Guy to defeat Madara once again but she stops them effortlessly and tells them that her dad is having fun now and that they should behave and not interfere. Both Naruto and Sasuke return with renewed powers and she manages to hold them enough for her dad to get his second Rinnegan. He says that the time has come for the world to achieve true peace. Madara casts the Infinite Tsukuyomi and he shields Kaiya in his Susanoo from the jutsu.
But apparently Black Zetsu orchestrated the whole thing all to revive his mother Otsutsuki Kaguya. And thus absorbing all the chakra and all of the ten tails from Madara to revive his mother. Madara fell on the ground in shock and was all exhausted. Kaiya was shocked that her father just collapsed on the ground.
Kaiya rushing to her father who is collapsed on the ground Ultimately Sasuke and Naruto managed to defeat Kaguya and kill her off for good. Then they remove the Infinite Tsukuyomi and return back to where they left the others. They find Kaiya kneeling to her father, crying and holding his hand. Madara tells his daughter that they maybe have been wrong on how to achieve peace and that it wasn’t her fault, she was everything he could’ve ever hoped for and he tells her that he has been wrong about some of his views on the world and it's up to her to find out the real way for peace and that he leaves their dreams and work in her hands. All of the Hokage watch as she continues to cry on his dead body. And Hashirama decides to approach her and tell her something but she cuts him off and looks at him with eyes full of hatred. But she manages to control her outburst and she looks back at her father. Taking his eyes as fast as she can, so that no one can have them. And she tells him softly “ I will do my best to fulfill our dream of peace father, Goodbye “ and with those words she runs off outrunning all of the hokage and the others just leave her be. She runs off swearing that she’ll better herself for the sake of her father and their work.
9 months laters she is transported alongside other people including her friend - Rika into a world and she has no idea where she is.
