Ironvale Confederation

The Ironvale Confederation is a Human nation situated in the continent of Schuttarch. It is part of the anti-Asiendalian party and harbors a deep resentment toward the Kingdom of Asiendal. The Confederation blames the Asiendalians for monopolizing resources and neglecting Human affairs despite having the means to help. Their society rejects advanced science and views magic with suspicion, believing it to be a corrupting force. The Ironvale Confederation remains deeply entrenched in medieval traditions, focusing on strength and unity to preserve their way of life.

Leadership:

Eborah Hienyol is the leader of the Ironvale Confederation. He is a radical anti-Asiendalian figure who channels his envy and hatred into rallying his people against Asiendal. Eborah believes the Asiendalians have an unfair advantage and accuses them of keeping humanity in the dark ages by not sharing their progress and technology. His leadership is characterized by fierce rhetoric and a strict adherence to Ironvale's traditional values.

Eborah Hienyol:

Appearance: Eborah is a stern-looking man with piercing yellow eyes and a bald head adorned with intricate tattoos. He wears a regal red cloak lined with white fur and a decorative chest piece that signifies his authority.   Personality: Eborah is passionate, driven, and unyielding in his beliefs. His resentment toward the Asiendalians fuels his leadership, making him a powerful orator and a strict disciplinarian.   Views on Asiendal: Eborah views the Asiendalians as hoarders of resources and technology, and he considers their refusal to aid humans as an unforgivable slight. He believes that the Asiendalian people need to rebel against their leadership, particularly Eremon Mordos.

Society and Culture:

Medieval Traditions: The Ironvale Confederation clings to medieval practices and structures. They pride themselves on their self-sufficiency and resilience, shunning the advancements of the Asiendalians.   Magic: While there are mages within the Confederation, magic is generally viewed with suspicion and disdain. It is considered an unnatural travesty, and those who practice it often do so discreetly.   Military: The Ironvale military is robust and disciplined, emphasizing physical strength and traditional combat skills. Their soldiers are known for their fierce loyalty and readiness to defend their homeland against perceived threats.   Economy: The economy of Ironvale relies heavily on agriculture, mining, and craftsmanship. They trade with neighboring Human nations but maintain a strict embargo on Asiendalian goods. Social Structure: Ironvale society is hierarchical, with a clear division between the ruling class and common folk. Nobility is earned through loyalty and service rather than birthright.

Grievances Against Asiendal:

Resource Hoarding: The Ironvale Confederation accuses the Kingdom of Asiendal of monopolizing essential resources and hindering Human progress.   Neglect of Human Affairs: They believe that Asiendal’s refusal to intervene in Human conflicts and crises is a deliberate act of neglect.   Technological Disparity: Eborah and his followers argue that Asiendal's advancements in technology and magic are unfairly withheld from humans, keeping them at a disadvantage.

International Relations:

Allies: Ironvale maintains alliances with other Human nations within the anti-Asiendalian party. These alliances are built on shared resentment toward Asiendal and a common goal of Human advancement.   Enemies: The Kingdom of Asiendal and its allies, particularly those in the pro-Asiendalian party, are viewed as adversaries. The Confederation seeks to undermine their influence whenever possible.   Neutral Parties: Smaller nations that prefer to remain neutral are often courted by Ironvale to gain support against Asiendal.

Current Affairs:

Human Conflicts: The Confederation is currently involved in territorial disputes with neighboring Human nations. They see these conflicts as opportunities to expand their influence and gather support against Asiendal.   World Council: Within the World Council, Ironvale is a vocal advocate for Human rights and resources. They push for policies that would limit Asiendal's power and redistribute resources more equitably among Human nations.

Architecture:

Ironvale Capital: The capital city is a fortified stronghold with high stone walls and watchtowers. The architecture is rugged and functional, reflecting the Confederation’s emphasis on strength and resilience.   Public Buildings: Major buildings, including the council chambers and barracks, are constructed from dark stone and reinforced with iron, symbolizing the nation’s name and character.

Cultural Practices:

Festivals: Ironvale celebrates several martial festivals throughout the year, where combat skills and physical prowess are displayed and honored.   Education: While traditional education focuses on history, combat, and craftsmanship, there is a growing underground movement advocating for the study of magic and science, despite the general societal disdain.     The Ironvale Confederation and its allies stand as a formidable force on Schuttarch, driven by a deep-seated animosity toward the Kingdom of Asiendal and a commitment to preserving their traditional way of life.
