Growing Unrest In Central Tilth
In addition to their adoption of the tenacious and clever Winged Sand Fox as the symbol of this rebellion, they have managed to find at least one -- and probably several -- quality scribes from amongst the Metilth Merchant Class to produce some impressive propaganda materials! Handbills, posters, and even instant grafitti.
The Conflict
Prelude
Generations of systemic exploitation and degradation of the working caste. This has been evident both culturally and legally, from the state-sponsored propaganda posters to the horrid Edicts of Principle issued by the Ploui and his lackeys.
Deployment
Someone has been sneaking loads of Mural Paper into the hands of the rebellion. The Alliance Plan
New Developments
In addition to editing pro-caste propaganda, the rebellion has begun manufacturing its own propaganda. It's message is both clear-cut and cryptic, at once encouraging readers to "Eat the Rich," and, more crypically, to "Devour the Truth." Given the city's association with the Shadow of the Wing, one can only assume that the ruling caste's public committment to education and knowledge is not all it was promised to be.
Battlefield
The city of Central Tilth. It had, until recently, been confined mostly to the Foundary and Residential Districts, but lately, it has spread throughout the Entertainment District of Central Tilth, as well as the Mercantile District, as if carried on the brutal winds of a sandswirl.
Conditions
Generation upon generation of abuse heaped upon the working caste is finally coming to a head. In a place where nearly all forms of comfort and personal expression have been eliminated, the people have begun questioning how much worse can things get? Is death a punishment or a release?
The Engagement
Initially limited to a counteroffensive against ruling caste propaganda, Ploui Jirs, Spu's most recent Edict of Principle has set alight a quick-burning fuse. This new Edict, requiring all citizens to actively engage in the extermination of all vermin, from bedbugs to winged sand foxes, or, if found in the proximity of ANY vermin -- ant, rat, flea, Sandhopper, whatever -- to be actively engaged in its extermination or else be punished by death AND indebtedness unto the 5th generation, has so enraged the population, that even the members of the Metilth Ruling Caste who are deeply invested in the illegal pet trade are outraged at the thought of having no more profitable "vermin" to breed and sell.

Strength
"The Man" is a coded euphamism used by the rebellion to refer to anyone who supports the caste system, but especially the Metilth Ruling Caste and their puppetmaster, the Shadow of the Wing.
There is a uique strength found in sheer numbers. Add to that righteous anger, and few forces in creation will survive a stand against such a force.
Casualties
So far, just a loss of percieved power. It's just now dawning on the elite, powerful oligarchs of the ruling caste that there is a problem which will not be solved with a new Edict of Principle.
The idea that compliance will make anything better.
Objectives
Maintain the status quo by uplifting the Metilth Ruling Caste.
Equality and equity, the downfall of Ploui Jirs, Spu, the abolition of the caste system, a voice in government, abolition of all Edicts of Principle.
Victor the Vermin is adorable and I'd sign up! Also I happen to agree with his message :) So that works. The question now is, as they gain popular support, do the Shadow of the Fang make the classic blunder and give the movement a security clampdown. Cause if they make that mistake, things go full speed very very quickly in such situations. Its one of the key rules when dealing with a movement gaining popular support. Never give em a crackdown, that is never gonna playback well for you.
I am banking on a document being in either Relics or Communications. A new Edict of Proclamation will be issued REQUIRING THE CITIZENRY TO ACTIVELY EXTERMINATE any wsf found within the city. Failure to do so will result in death AND debt unto 5 generations. I don't like my evil side.
