Sublimites

The Sublimites are those who live in the Sublime, the huge valley where most of Bastis' crops are grown. They are seen as a simpler, reclusive folk who have resisted much of the political upheavals of the Peninsula. They are principally Host Keepers, but retain a number of beliefs associated with the Deinain, especially Duslabh for the dead. Living in a valley, Sublimites are oft called Vale Folk for simplicity's sake.
