Bergeth Moyra was summoned to serve King Redham after the execution of Anna Chains in 721 RA. Called the Fair for her beautiful appearance, Bergeth was a young and inexperienced wizard who was chosen for her uncontroversial reputation. She was celebrated when she first came to Aerwoth but as the power plays between Clans Beth and Graunt erupted into full-on warfare, Wizard Bergeth showed herself no more competent than King Redham in addressing the issues. Redham had his royal blood to protect him from consequence, but the same could not be said for Bergeth.
Bergeth the Fair began her service in early Autumn of 721 RA. In the late Spring of 722 RA, she fled the castle north into Ethel. Her reputation had plummeted when nothing was done to stop the warring between the Beths and Graunts, and Bergeth feared she might meet the same fate as Anna Chains.
Kyu Yev Quarry records that Bergeth served as a wizard to a minor holdfast near Dydrax north of Ethelbrand. Other sources say she served as a mere speller in Cantef, but she was largely forgotten after her departure.
