Council of Marshals

The Army of Vell was commanded by a group of Senior Military Leaders who were all given the rank of MARSHAL OF VELL.  These men ranged over time from 3 to 23, and would meet daily planning the activities of all units in the Army.
These Marshals were some of the best military minds in the World, and for many years they lead City of Vell to ever greater conquests.  Originally they sat at the TEMPLE OF MARTIAS.  Over time they moved to Dresen to be closer to the forces fighting in the The Great Orc Wars.  There they took up residence in the @MARSHAL'S TOWER.
