A sprawling, multi-tiered city; split into the High Rise, Street City, and then the Ratway underneath it all. On top of all this tiering, the inner city is sectioned off and kept away from what's known as the Outskirts, the slummiest 'district' of the entire city.

Deluge Inn: A modest inn on the southern end of the city, in among the Metallians' territory.
