The Lacuna is a neutral realm, parallel to Apa Axas. It acts as the home of the Yugoloth, and acts as an alternate realm to Gehanna. In some stories, the Lacuna takes the form of an oppurtunistic Crab. It acts as a mediator between The Hells Above and The Abyss Below.
