Tikun, also known as The Top, is the ninth, final and highest level of The Hells Above. Representing Treachery, it is ruled over by Paranon. At the peak of The Hells Above sits a flawless, crystalline city, a throne where the supreme ruler of this plane dictates reality itself. The greatest traitors to free will, to self-determination, and to chaos are enshrined here as frozen, divine monuments to absolute law.
