Simil Crulenn is the First, and lowermost, layer of The Hells Above. Also known as "The False Mantle", Simil Crulenn represents Nascency. This layer appears as a shining utopia at first glance, filled with pristine golden spires and endless meadows of beauty. However, all within are bound by the “Perfect Order,” an unbreakable, preordained fate set by the rulers of The Hells Above. Souls here are reshaped to fit an eternal plan, stripped of free will under the guise of divine purpose.
