Kalan Gorough, otherwise known as The Throne of Shackles, is the sixth layer of The Hells Above. Representing Tyranny, it is ruled over by Holon, the Protected. It is monolithic fortress-city ruled with an iron fist, where every soul is assigned a strict hierarchy. Disobedience is met with immediate, excruciating correction, and all exist to serve their betters in a rigid, unchanging order.
