Suthtare
Suthtare is a city on an island south of Zirdy. It has been part of the Zirdy since the days of elven monarchy, when it peaceable entered the nation with the ennobling of its rulers The Noble and Most Ancient House of Valtessi. It serves as a trade port and naval base for the Zirdian Admiralty. All the buildings are low to the ground except for the Valtessi Castle and Cathedral because there is a law prohibiting new structures above 3 stories. The population is known to be particularly faithful and pious. The city is also the headquarters of the Elven Church.
