Lunestaire
The Zirdian Town of Lunestaire is ruled by the Noble and Most Ancient House of Moonshadow, or really their appointed stewards. The town is on the edge of the Western Zirdian Forest which is also under Moonshadow protection. The Moonshadows see it as their duty to make sure everything runs smoothly so if someone has a problem they go to them, generally most problems can be solved by a family of powerful adventurers.
