Austvei
Austvei is the most traveled road in Isfeljor. It connects the capital—Lyston—to the rich city of Hvithavon. This highly maintained stone road cuts through Melis Forest, staying clear of Muurk Forest. Though heavily patrolled, banits still try their luck at robbing travelers.
Architecture
This wide and long road is made of grey stone from the nearby Snuhen Mountains. The center of the road is raised higher than the edges to allow water runoff. Every half-mile along the road is marked with a waist-high stone pillar. Each pillar is etched with its current number of the total markers between its destinations. Every marker along Austvei is decoratively carved.
