Leann
The city of Leann, more commonly known as the City of Drinks, is home to the largest breweries in the country of Altaiesha. The city plays host to over one hundred unique breweries outputting all varieties of spirituous beverage. A city of people that work hard all day and enjoy a good time at night, it has become a haven for people who like a party. On any given day there may be a dozen large social gatherings, with open bars and easy company. While it's primary export is alcohol, it is surrounded by farms for the growing of the varies base ingredients required (Grain, Corn, Barley, etc.), so many of the folk are also farmers and tradesmen, it is however reliant on imports for metals, wood, etc.
The city is primarily run by its Mayor, Mordicai Kuldell, a talented brewer and tradesman, he also holds the title of Master of Spirits. No new brews are sold in the city without his approval first, though it is rare that he denies any, he does make sure to test each new brew that is sold in his city...often. He is beloved by almost all the city and has been in office for the past twenty years, he is often seen at the fancy parties.
Mordicai relies heavily on his advisor, Tyrum Thernstrom, for the running of the day to day activities of the city. He also serves as the cities representative in the ruling council of the country. A wise man, he was a farmer before he was offered the position by Mordicai for reasons neither have disclosed roughly five years ago. His appointment was initially met with skepticism, but since his tenure began, the city has seen an influx of new trade and exports of their wines and spirits have increased greatly.
