Damian Hargrove discovers the method to create a powerful new drug called Magic Snow.

Having been making drugs for about a year, Damian Hargrove creates a new substance, Magic Snow. A white powder that dissolves in your mouth, it creates euphoric feelings and provides pain relief for hours when taken.  He began selling the drug himself, but as demand grew, his business was taken over by a violent gang, The Whiskey Way Warriors, who operated out of an old warehouse on the street known as Whiskey Way.     Unknown to Damian, who had been regularly using the drug recreationally but always had a constant supply, the drug was highly addictive, and going without too long was fatal.  Once he learned this, he began work on a cure immediately and tried to stop production, but the Warriors did not care, and proceeded to lock him up in their warehouse and attempted to force him to keep making the drug.  Damian refused, but they had his notes, and used lesser alchemists to continue to make inferior versions of the drug.  These versions had the unwanted side affect of killing their users quicker.     Realizing the problem of their customer base dying out, The Warriors plotted to poison the city water supply, and get the whole city addicted, making them rich and powerful in the process.
