Winekeep

Winekeep is a secluded elven city-state in the middle of Altaiesha. The city is primarily made up of sun elves, though all elven races are welcome. Non-elves must go through a thorough vetting process before being allowed to visit. Winekeep is less than a day from the human city of Leann, so they both do much trade. Since Altaiesha declared independence, their relations with the city of Winekeep have improved drastically, and the two cities are known to assist each other militarily when needed.
Winekeep was founded by sun elves fleeing the destruction of Yudath. They have always existed as an independent state, even during the times of Jegor, who admired their magical talent and wine production.
