The Misleans
The Misleans are the slums of this city, run by the high lord Max Le'Moar. There is a quarry here that is very successful, in part due to the high need for workers and the several available workers who live nearby who will work for cheap. There is a "legitmate" local law enforcement crew, the "Knights of Moar", nicknamed "Redblades" for their usually quick tendency to use their weapons to enforce justice as they see it.
9a - The Mislean Rows
Long ago, hundreds of years - perhaps even a millennia - the Misleans were one of the major knight orders of Dianmallo. They were famed for their pegasus Knights and staunch methods, filled with rigor and discipline. Yet in a single day, the entire organization collapsed. The grounds became cursed, and it is said that bubbles of evil sometimes appear in the facility, or around it. Currently, the Mislean Rows are the location of the largest gaming center in Dianmallo, the House of Hope. Ironically, it takes hope away from its people. The House of Hope Casino is run by a powerful Cambion named Raphael - no one knows how in the world Lord Le'Moar was able to acquire such a lucrative deal with a fiend, but the casino's success in drawing attention from the entire city is fabled beyond comparison. The Mislean Ruins are another interesting feature of the district. This is where the Misleans of old used to reside. Because of the bubbles of evil that appear at random intervals, the facility is condemned and closed off to the public. Redblades are stationed here to fight off whatever might exit the area, though if some monstrosity were to exit the facility and kill some of the poorer folk, they wouldn't care beyond the concern for their own job.9b - The Quarry
In the Mislean Hill, there is a large deposit of valuable stone that is mined at the Dianmallan Quarry. It is difficult and labor intensive work. The death rate is high, but there are many workers looking for opportunities to make some coin for their families.9c - Le'Moar's Luxurious Estate

Poorest of all districts. The metalworks factory is run here and functions 24/7 regardless of the casualty rate. There's always more poor people to hire.
