The King's Sliver
This district is given to the King upon his coronation and is left to his control. As such, it typically holds military presence, a handful of refugee groups, and now it has an odd community of halfing-like creatures called "Kender".
3a The Refuge
As a sign of his benevolence, the King sets aside this area for refugees from other neighboring kingdoms to reside. It is a poorer area, but the goal (at least in articulation) is to empty out this district by employment and/or a peaceful return to their home nations. The most prominent place for refugees to be is at
Our Lady Hope of Reconciliation.
3b The Neuerstadt
Literally meaning, the “New City”, the Neuerstadt is a place for refugees to begin working on trades and crafts, creating funds for establishing a new life in the city. Several opportunistic guilds will come into this area to hire cheap labor. Additionally, several decry that this area is a breeding ground for illicit and illegal activity, as business restrictions are lax per the King’s “benevolent wish to assist the refugees of Dianmallo”.
3c Thalmor Pass Gate
This section is run and managed largely by the
Beams, due to the fact that the section is dedicated to the Southwestern Gate. A large number of the residences of this area belong to Beams' members being stationed here. The larger facility is one of the main headquarters of the Beams.

3e The Kender Gentry
A few years ago, a large group of Kender appearedn in the middle of the city, completely naked and unaware of how and why they had arrived. Nobody knew what to do with these short, stout, friendly, and kleptomaniac characters that now plagued the city. So they placed them in the King's land, now known as the Kender Gentry. Dispite all attempts to keep them restricted to this area, they still manage to make their way all over the city. There have recently been jails constructed in this area of the city for the Kender to live in.
