The University District, known for its University or formerly known as the Palace District for its Palace. Other buildings and organisations that can be found here are:  

History

The University District used to be called the Palace District, when the Artistocracy started Lavandula Palace got converted to a University thus anything that was about the monarchy got converted to its Artistocratic version. The stables once stabled the King's horses now work for the University. Part of the Servant Quarters got converted for the Applicants' Accommodation.

Points of interest

The main point of interest is the University, formerly the Lavandula Palace. For most, it is the eateries, The Golden Scales and The Broken Axe.
