The Book of the Mirage

Given to Dazki Sylroris by Baxton Mandrim. Has some relationship with Turmoil and what Baxton's group were doing. Very difficult to read, as the text is encoded. Even after cracking the code, it is still plenty difficult to comprehend.
The original was given to Annu Adabra as a showing of good faith, but not before secretly cloning it in order to avoid losing the information inside.
Dazki is the only one who has finished reading the book. He has shared the following insights that he got from this book:

• (source) There's a story about a man who suffers all sorts of ailments. "Though he does not breathe, he does speak." Forsaken, becoming blinded, losing his legs, losing his arms, poison coursing through the blood destroying the liver and parts of the stomach, and cursed with deafness.
• (source) There seems to be some sort of religious context in this book, enough for Dazki to be able to formulate an appropriate prayer:

  With chaos there is hope, through you I breathe, your eyes give me sight, my legs walk your path, your poison courses in my blood, deaf ears hear only your voice, your strength lifts my arms. Through the Mirage, through the chaos, through you there is hope.

• (source): It mentioned a powerful entity called "Mirage Prime" who seems to be a sort of deity.
• This entity lends out some of its power to certain individuals in the material plane.
• Baxton was actively trying to find a way to banish Prime out from the material plane.
• Baxton ("M") and the others all have single-letter monikers, each one a letter of "MIRAGE". Vicra ("R") and "E" were the only ones who might join Baxton's mutiny. "A" was actively working on the opposite of that, "G" is somehow a lost cause, and he couldn't communicate with "I" (though he thinks that her goals might align with his).
• Dazki thought that Baxton knew of the Red Desert, given his use of relevant metaphors, but Baxton insists that he does not (according to Grogery).
