Kazimierz Cichowski

Kazimierz Cichowski is a Polish Communist Politician and member of The Communist Party of Poland. He lead's a sub-faction within the party opposing Julian Marchlewski.

Early Life:

Born in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Kazimierz joined the SDKPiL in 1907, he also studied at two universities. During the Russian Revolution, he allied himself with the Bolshevik's and was on high ranking position's throughout the civil war. Kazimizer was heavily involved in the early establishment of Lithuania into an SSR.

Polish-Soviet War and Opposition Leader:

When Polish-Soviet War broke out, he was sent to help secure communism in Poland. As The Soviet Union achieved victory by July 1919, resistance to Polish occupation became harsher, Kazimeriz supported the move to establish The Polish Socialist Republic instead of creating a Polish SSR.

As the state increased Soviet troops to combat The Polish Liberation Army in the south, Kazimeriz criticized Julian for pushing the people into the arms of the army. Many supported his position, as The KPP to them was becoming too Pro-Soviet, risking crushing Polish identity and destabilizing the region. After the land transfer of former German lands back to The German Soviet Republic calls grew louder for Julian Marchlewski to resign and have The PSR and KPP, distance themselves from the Union.

Kazimierz hopes to adopt "Polish Socialism" blending Socialist and Polish Nationalism together to make Communism more appealing to the wider Polish population in The Polish Socialist Republic.
