'A True Red Dream', is set in 1923 where a Cold War occurred in the aftermath of WW1.
In this timeline, the Bolsheviks suffered an early victory, in 1918. They were able to take advantage of the chaos that occurred, helping the uprisings that took place in Germany and Hungry, eventually establishing a communist foot hold in Eastern Europe.
