Very little has changed over the last few days. Laurin remains a mystery. The Cavaeden do not have an order of Attunement, those among us who can speak across the mycelial network operate as part of the clan, valued but not separated. Here in Kiragz things are different. Laurin has a symbol of the order on a chain around their neck, and if they display this in a town or village it acts as currency, and it also sets us apart from others. If there is room in a tavern or café, there is space around us. I would not say people fear Laurin but they do respect them and their privacy.
I am homesick, I think, for the camaraderie of my own people and my own lands.
