• Alosrin Nenrie
  Dark haired, easily distracted Alfar from Nenrie refuge. Alosrin is one year ahead of the Ioth Academy crew and loudly declares that everything is boring.
• Cyrus Ahmaka
  Impeccably dressed and pious Bronthan alchemist. Affiliated with the Codex. Hasn't yet realized who Garnet is, but with every passing day his fascination and suspicion grows.
• Darina Na'Angren
  Huldra bard from the Winter Court of Angren. Darina cares little for civilization's trappings, makes constant puns, and likes to throw things.
• Despair's Herald
  Alyxander's infernal patron. A sneering, hateful voice, a freezing source of malevolent power, a presence that drains joy and meaning from those it encounters.
• Doobbaasseef
  Pompous marid imprisoned in The Grove by Ioth's magics. Responsible for managing the water cycle in the Grove and certain other areas of the Academy.
• Glaucia
  73 year old caretaker in the Grove.
• Hennon Brook
  Erudite half-orc with a distinctive sense of style, from his fine jewelry to his embroidered silk slippers. Always seen with a book in his hands, usually one about birds. Founding officer of the Codex.
• Ica Elnao
  A specialist in the art of "arcane devastation," Master Elnao is a middle-aged sky elf who is on track to inherit the mantle of Ioth Academy's leadership, should Ioth himself ever forsake that title.
• Master Inril Untermauler
  Minotaurs are rare even in Ioth Academy, but most war wizards and scholars know Commander Untermauler well. He is the only instructor of the less-than-popular History and tactics of Battle and Warfare class, a requirement for only a select few specialties.
• Meena Quillsharpener
  A student at Ioth academy, this young gnome has pronounced scars and a permanent slur as a result of injuries sustained in her home village. She's a diligent and creative illusionist in training.
• Sanipkur
  Head Caretaker of the Grove. Dragonborn
• Sig Gezzec
  Known exclusively as either “Sig” or “Siggie,” many students and professors alike have been pecked and clawed by the swarm of ravens that accompany the instructor of all things flora and fauna wherever they go. Markedly, Sig seems to never tire or require rest, allowing them to teach a wide variety of classes, from potions and alchemy to marksmanship. A tall and spindly human with sunken eyes and hollow cheeks, many liken Siggie to a scarecrow, constantly covered in birds and bird droppings.
