Add a CSS Selector to Historical Event pages

What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?

Most pages on WorldAnvil have their page type indicated on the same level as the user-css class, e.g. .user-css.page-world-homepage or .user-css.template-prose This functionality is missing from historical events, meaning adding CSS specifically to these pages is hard.   This came up specifically because cedorsett in Discord wanted to add some CSS to this entry: https://www.worldanvil.com/w/barrens--end/h/34f40bde-08c9-46a7-96cd-d090395d88b0

How does this feature request address the current situation?

Adding a single css class would immediately mean we could do CSS targeting this specific view!

What are other uses for this feature request?

I suppose you could also use it to target everything :not() that page, if you wanted.
