With Humans, Obrili hobgoblins view them as inferiors. The Obrili hobgoblins have enslaved humans for centuries, as they have enslaved Goblin, Dragonborn, Lizardfolk, and Kobold of both Arkapay and Nazu to the East.
Outside of The Obril State, Hobgoblins usually are exiles or escaped political prisoner-slaves, abolitionists and religious heretics, and have no love for Arkapay's Slave State; thus, they try to establish better relations with those who their Obrili cousins have enslaved.
