Tabaxi
Tabaxi are a bestial species of humanoid resembling large cats. They hail mostly from the southeast of the continent of Zalas in the lands under the control of The Dread Lords. They are distinct from the other cat-like species the Leonin due to their more slender build and affinity for climbing the trees of the forest they call home. They are typically seen as having average intelligence. They are also known to generally possess a very curious nature with the species seeming to be prone to wanderlust.

They are thought to originate within the Undying Desert but exactly where has been lost to the sands. Over time the species migrated to the south across the Nashtar River to settle within the confines of the Forest of Morn in the southeast of the continent. The species initially clashed with the other species settled in the area but eventually came to exist with the others.
