Bits & Knobs
Sensory & Appearance
Entering into the shop, the scent of cloves and mint fill the air, small wisps of smoke drifting from thin incense sticks near the door. A gentle chime can be heard, alerting the people inside of the opening of the door.
The walls to the left of the door are lined with hooks, each adorned with different sorts of items. Small pouches to large backpacks claim the first few feet of the hooks, soon followed by bandoliers and belts. A sturdy wooden counter sits snuggly against the wall, stacks of scrolls neatly placed on top. Behind the counter, a purple-skinned tiefling with horns that curve around their ears counts the money being collected from a patron. Just to the other side of them, the counter continues with a small break, allowing employees access to both the front and back of the shop, small sets of alchemy supplies displayed in nice formations.
Lining the walls to the right of the door are several sets of shelves, broken into various sections with each section being labelled very clearly. Vials of varying sizes gleam from the shelves, all currently empty but very well crafted, each with a purpose their own.
In the center of the shop are six smaller standing shelves, seemingly bolted into place to prevent any sort of mishap. Four of the standing shelves hold bottles of potions, brews, and antidotes. The vials are kept securely in shelving holders, the liquids all visible below the shelf line. Each shelf is carefully labelled with what they contain and a brief description of what they're capable of. The remaining two standing shelves hold small charms and enchanted items, small tags attached to let the shopkeeps know what they are.
The wall behind the counter is where the items of combat are displayed. Blades, shields, ammunition, all are shown in a way to entice questions to be asked. Suits of armor stand on mannequins in the back corners, polished metals gleaming in the light.

Denizens
Scarlett can often be found within her shop, taking inventory, adjusting stock, or simply observing the floor and patrons. Odrift and Azrael drop by on occasion, Odrift more often, to assist her in the various tasks she needs.
Pheki (more commonly known as Innovation) generally runs the sales floor, their purple skin and tail almost a trademark in the shop by now. They have a deep knowledge of each of Scarlett's brews and enchantments, able to recognize the subtle differences between the different qualities.
The other shopkeep, Corfire Proudcloak, can often be seen making his way around, taking notes of anything out of stock or approaching its expiration. The halfling then sends that information to Scarlett, turning around and aiding in refilling the shelves as needed.
