The Titan's Fist

A large building, reinforced with heavy metal braces and locks, stands at the main crossroads, imposing and well-guarded. A series of barricades line the walls, the tips gleaming dangerously. An emblem, three sharp blades form a line, intersected by a singular spear, cast over a strong fist, sits on each of the double doors that open into a sandy training yard scattered with dummies, targets, and various weapon racks. The Titan's Fist stands strong and tall against the buffeting wind.
The central building towers at nearly ten stories high, taller than any other in the city. The surrounding towers and buildings gradually lower in height, story by story, until the lowest of them sits around two stories high. What isn't seen are the underground stories under the five tallest buildings, each being more secure the deeper they go. The walls are lined with arcane runes, diligently etched into nearly every inch of the cells. Few have ever tried to escape; fewer still have ever succeeded.
Sitting at the peak of the Fist is the Master of Blades, commander and leader of Red Harbor's military combatants, one-third of the triarchy oligarchy that presides over the city. Supporting the Master of Blades are three other positions of power, Master of Steel, Master of Thoughts, and Master of Vigilance, each covering separate but necessary aspects for protecting the people.
