The Multi-Realm Assembly of Mystic Life

Please note I haven't fully fleshed out this organization. Maybe a good Dimi-Mission, perhaps?

The Multi-Realm Assembly of Mystic Life is the inter-dimensional federation of Magic, a true cooperation and collaboration of all mystical powers ensuring equality among all life of Ancient Power across the realms. A Mystical United Nations if you will. This second step after the Realms of Power and Mystical People Treaty is for total unity and peace and equality.
It is a spiritual sequel to its' spiritual predecessor, Collective Congress.
The twin organization is The Multi-Realm Cooperation of Noel Spirit and Magic which is the Christmas version of this one.

Government System and Structure

This new organization of true unity among all mystical life is structured in such a way that all Lands of Magic are equally represented. These lands are Earth, Mystic Isles, Auradon and the Eight Elders of Ever-Wellspring Mystic Realm.
They gather together after Collective Congress is done. Their meeting place is the Grand Chamber of Multi-Realm Assembly of Mystic Life-The Multi-Realm of Ancient Mystic Life Grand Center of Operations.

Public Agenda

Members of this assembly vow to do several things.
The first thing is to spread Goodwill and Light while preserving the entire realm and family. This include protection thereof. The second but not least us promoting cooperation and being a united front.
There is more listed in the treaty. However, the big stuff is this. And the one other thing worth mentioning is to show the unity and power whenever called to help do whatever is necessary for Goodwill.
History Baxter, as the Prime Merlinean, was the main force between AEP’s connection to The Mystic Isles, Auradon, Atlantis and Lemuria. Only after he married Angela, did they discuss creating a inter-dimensional alliance that assembled to discuss matters which affect all of the realms.
The entire Mystical Family gathered in early February of 2855. All heard Baxter's idea. What won them over was the passion and reasoning behind the idea! They saw that being allies would have to be more than words spoken. That truly all of them belonged in the HQ.
They then built a new meeting chamber at the Ancient Earthly Magic HQ. The building is now and forevermore, The Multi-Realm of Ancient Mystic Life Grand Center of Operations.
From that first meeting, the meeting year would be as follows: The Rulers then Collective Congress, The Multi-Realm Assembly of Mystic Life, Great Christmas Parliament and finally The Multi-Realm Cooperation of Noel Magic.
