Xarus
Xarus is a tiefling fighter-sorcerer, and trained spy. He originated in Realm 79: The Junction, and lived in Rotterdam.
He had connections to the criminal underworld. He would often blend in as a human, hiding his tiefling nature.
He, along with three other mercenaries, were recruited by the ALUMN for an expedition down the Staircase, to recover an tome known as the Book of Zed.
The other members of his party were Petra, Lucien Cabot and Simon Blinker.
He was acquainted with Petra before the events of the Staircase.
