The Finger of the Seer was the primary general the the Dark Seer, presumed leader of The Contingency.
The Finger of the Seer is a drow mage of great power. He himself was often accompanied by heavily armored warriors, adorned with artifact level weapons.
The Finger of the Seer perhaps gained his monicker due to his unflinching use of the Finger of Death spell. He also has been observed to use other high level spells. His presence is described as unnerving and terrifying.
