Lander Summergrass was a member of the Free Peoples of True Hindland.
A paladin, he served Selûne, the moon goddess.
He joined the efforts to restore the monarchy to the throne of Hindland by spiriting a secret heir to the throne to Holy Hill.

He discovered at Holy Hill that in fact he was the secret son of King MaxMarcus VI, and that his friend Yewthinca was a decoy.
Unfortunately, he was slain by The Contingency, and the plan to unite Hindland behind him failed.
