Jelfry is a gnome fortune teller who operates a business known as "Fortunes by Jelfry."
She was found in the city of Bronzewood, in the nation of Hindland in Realm 79: The Junction.
Using tarot cards, she provided prophetic messages to Arthur Ains, Lander Summergrass, Kurn and Yewthinca.
Possessing magical abilities, she was able to hold Lander Summergrass and Arthur Ains in place.

Arthus Ains pulled the Wheel of Fortune, which appeared years later to him on the The Isle of Bliss and Genocide after he activated the wheel elevator which led to a reversal of his fortunes.
