She seems to have the ability to perform incredible alterations to a person's abilities, though this may have been a ruse.

Jelfry later appeared as an older elf woman who exhibited powerful magical abilities.
Jelfry also vanished after giving her "advice," leaving her shop to appear abandoned for years after she disappeared.
