A Twisted Profession...

...according to recent statements by Fields Union, Copper Mount Militia, and We of the Sand. This profession has been deemed illegal to pursue due to dangerous misuse of green ontologite, and the permanent mutilation of their customers.
This profession is for those who can't stand their own bodies and enjoy playing with the more dangerous side of ontologite use - specifically, those who are willing to become twisted and malformed for the chance to one day be able to manipulate their biology through meta-materials and body modification. While some can become exceptionally good at the skill, to the point of seeming completely normal at first glance, most end up deformed and twisted beyond what is awoken. While originally many viewed them as a form of a doctor, the profession slowly became less focused on the medical applications of ontologite, and became solidly rooted in the practice of "modifying" their customers. These modifications make one far more vulnerable to the effects of ontologite.
A perfect one had been uncovered trying to seak in to Reserve Arsenal Delta after the ban on the practice. He looked normal but being a Perfect One becomes obvious when someone sprouts wings with a glowing green rock. To negate the mutations, the intruder was hit with an Ontologite Nullification Beam which is a device that can negate the effects of green ontologite . When he was hit, he twisted, deformed, and turned into nothing but a pile of sinew and organs. None of the remains made any sense on careful autopsy.
