The Beetle of Perfection

A powerful Perfect One, It is unknown what species Shod truely is, or what his real name. His existence completely unknown to the world at large till his possibly fatal encounter with the Far Away Boys, and personal rival Chalk.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Shod is a hulking figure in a black duster with two heavy gauntlets. Originally he wore a helmet, hiding his strange beetle-like features. He is a true biological monstrosity.

Personal history

Very little, if anything is known about his origin. It is known that he arrived in the Copper Mountains about 60 years ago. During the time which the practices of the Perfect One's was tolerated, and vanished around the time that the profession was outlawed by the Copper Mount Militia. He then appeared sporadically over the years, raiding convoys, kidnapping people, and becoming feared by those who knew of him.
During his operation to acquire females for his sect, a sleeper agent of his faction discovered a group of mercenaries calling themselves the Far Away Boys had been hired by Copper Mount Militia to look into the issue. The sleeper agent acted rashly against his orders, ambushing the group during their search. The mercenary group had been lead right to his compound.
He tried to intimidate and reason with them, specifically Chalk. Thankfully, they didn't listen to him. Realizing the situation was fucked, Doctor Shod grabbed his best acolyte, an averine woman, and boarded his personal Ontologite Lift the Storm Lift. Chalk wasn't going to let him escape, hijacking one of his own vehicles to give chase in the sky. Nearly half a mile from his compound, the Storm Lift was downed along with the Far Away Boy's craft. Leading to a brutal ground fight. In the final moments before his defeat, Doctor Shod destroyed a strange orb and was shrouded in purple mist. His body taking one final shot from Chalk before vanishing into the cloud. He hasn't been seen since and has been assumed dead.

A master of the skillset that perfect one's, he became the leader of a sect. Seeking to expand his knowledge of Green Ontologite, he will go to extreme lengths to gather assets for his cause. Why he is so driven to this remains unknown.
