So the scientists of the Bridge Way Monarchy have discovered a way to temporarily aid in the effect. While the process is not dangerous if used once or twice, it can have permanent long-lasting side effects if used repeatedly.
The treatment is done through a small battery box, and three copper contact points. Once the battery is charged either chemically or with another awoken's electrokinesis, one simply needs to place any part of their hand against the copper contact points.
