Mapvember 2024: Khayyam

Good morning every-nyan,

For those who weren't aware, it's Mapvember 2024! If you're reading this before December 5, you still have time to participate! Thanks as always to Tillerz for hosting.
This year's Mapvember presents the perfect opportunity for me to map out my fourth and final quadrant for Waking Materia, the Beta Quadrant, which mostly means the sprawling, haunted floodplains and imperious, edge-of-the-world mountains of Khayyam. Only along the elevated, Voidward edges of the continent has humanity been able to survive, safe within its towering, walled Sultanates, and even this wouldn't have been possible without the help of Khayyam's daring ruin explorers, whose discoveries include First Age technologies that ease the burden of their stark lifestyles.
