More than two hundred years ago, the cataclysmic Explosion of Magic unleashed by the original witches resulted in the near annihilation of humanity and the emergence of numerous fantastic creatures, with vampires and werewolves at the forefront. These two formidable species—vampires, with their elegance, cunning, and command of ancient sorcery, and werewolves, who draw upon their primal strength, brutality, and close connection with nature—vie for control over the realm of Ysteria and dominance over its creatures.   Caught in the middle of their feud are the witches, whose powerful, potentially world-shattering spells can either tip the balance or usher in calamity.
