Nirre
Nirre was born form a tear of Urth when she struggled to keep Myrkul from invading Volserd. She gathered her mother's tears and spread them across the plane, creating the oceans, rivers, and lakes. To keep the water flowing, she mastered the way the wind flows, learning to bend it to her will.
Nirre is a kind goddess that uses her powers for creation and empowerment of the mortals. She is known to walk amongst the humans that live at Urthearth, ensuring that her mother's dying wish of protection is fulfilled.
When enraged, it is said that a decimating storm brews above and her enemies are swept away by strong winds or are struck by lightning. She upholds Tyr's laws and never strikes the innocent, but releases her full rage amongst all those who forsake Urth's wishes.
