The first Human city that was founded under the leadership of Volen. It is the largest known city in Volslan, and home to the leaders of humans.

Government

The city's local government is a beloved meritocracy, built of ancient ties to the original follows of @Volen. In more modern times, the Tempyrum Order has occupied the city to ensure the protection of all mortals from Myrkul's corruption.
