Time on Voktegård

It is universally accepted that Voktegård rotates on an axis and revolves around Sowil. This produces 24 hour days and a 336 day year. This is the result of complex astronomical movements.

Calendar Days

In The Fifth Age, all nations except Mørkland use the Druidic Calendar which involves four weeks per month and the following day names, in order:
Position in the Week Elvish Name Common Name
1 Sowildag Sowil's Day
2 Manidag Mani's Day
3 Heltenesdag* Heroes' Day*
4 Jordag Soil's Day
5 Vinddag Wind's Day
6 Hyrrdag Fire's Day
7 Laguzdag Water's Day

*Heltenesdag was formerly called Reneredag (or Renere's Day), and Circle of Stars Druids still use that name. No one else does because they do not wish to revere a Celestial.

Months

There are 12 months, composed exactly of 4 weeks (28 days) each:
